Megyn Kelly says she’s “ashamed” of the Trump-Harris debate moderators because “they did exactly what their bosses wanted them to.”
Her foul mouthed tirade quickly heated up during the course of her segment, eventually leading her to drop a six-word bombshell claim about ABC News and the media at large.
“They’re trying to steal this election,” Kelly asserted.
Kelly eviscerated moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis for their continuous “fact-checking” of Trump, while allowing Harris to speak unchecked.
She continued: “They’re openly working to sink him. I think it was so bad, their bias against [Trump] and towards her is going to backfire.”
“I actually think the American public is going to see through this.”
Kelly has gone scorched earth on the media and celebrities like Taylor Swift who have endorsed Harris since the debate.
Speaking lambasted both Swift and her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, calling them “epitomes of elite snobs.”
She accused the couple of being out of touch with the concerns of ordinary Americans, particularly highlighting Kelce’s promotion of COVID-19 booster shots.
“Where’s he going to be when these boys wind up with heart scarring that causes heart attacks and potentially death?” Kelly demanded, referencing concerns about myocarditis in young men following vaccination.
She painted a picture of the celebrity couple as disconnected from the consequences of their advocacy, “bathing themselves in their own sanctimony.”
“F you Taylor Swift,” Kelly said during another fiery tirade.
Dave Rubin, another conservative voice, expressed strong agreement with Kelly’s remarks.
Other conservatives have weighed in on the moderators “ganging up” on Trump during the debate.
Jack Posobiec, for example, highlighted one of the night’s biggest problems that most Americans aren’t talking about enough.
“Republicans already stopped talking about the Trump assassination attempt that happened 2 months ago. Democrats will still bring up Charlottesville even though it was nearly a decade ago,” the host of Human Events posted.
During a heated debate exchange about the January 6 Capitol riots, Trump unexpectedly brought up the recent assanation attempt on his life..
“I probably took a bullet to the head because of the things that [Democrats] say about me,” Trump claimed.
“They talk about democracy. I’m a threat to democracy. They’re the threat to democracy,” he added.
Rather than pursuing this explosive allegation, Muir swiftly interrupted Trump, stating, “We have a lot to get to,” before changing the subject; a move that has sparked widespread backlash from viewers and political commentators alike.
Kylee Griswold, editorial director at The Federalist, lambasted the moderators in a scathing essay.
“Why would the debate moderators ask about Democrats inciting a would-be assassin when they can just keep recycling the lie that Trump incited a violent mob?” she asked in the opening of the piece.
Griswold later called the moderators “propagandists” who “live and die for the regime.”
She labeled them “completely corrupt” just before dubbing them “the enemy.”
